Hi James,

How do you have the coupons setup? Are they product, category or order based?

Once I have a little more information I think I can set you on the right path from going crazy.

All the best,

slightly off topic: is there a way to change when coupons are implemented in the checkout?

for me, right now, coupons are activated against the entire amount (product cost, shipping, taxes) but I only want a discount on the retail of my products. I cannot find the option to alter the timing and I am slowly (quickly?) going crazy.

Please help.

Hi Sam,

Are you talking about creating single "user" coupons? If so, there is not a way to import coupons. So unfortunately the only way around this would be to create one coupon at a time.

Hope that helps,

Nice, this worked really easy for me. Thanks for the tip, great site. I can't wait to setup that default shipping for US/International orders.

Hi Sara,

This is still working great. Once you set this up, you won't need to give out a coupon code as it's built right into the ad tracker link. All you need to do is send out the ad tracker link and once the visitor clicks that link the coupon will be applied automatically to your shopping cart. Please try the directions step-by-step above and it should work great. If not, let me know where you got stuck and I will help you out.

Is this still working? I tried to follow the steps, but didn't appear to work. Is there not a way to append onto the end of the 1SC link the coupon code using the &ID=EXPERTS? I'm just not sure what the ID is for their coupon code field.
