Hi Tammie,

We never delete orders so if we ever need to go back and look someone up we have access through 1ShoppingCart for all order information. If we deleted an order, then we would have to login to multiple areas to find that information.

I just ran a test on this with a few of our test orders we have placed in the past. The answer is it worked on ONE report and not on others. On Products Sales by Date it calculated it correctly. All other sales reports reflected as if the order was never deleted.

Hi Tyler,
Great blog with great information! Along the same line of this post - I was just wondering - if an order was refunded through the processing agent and not the shopping cart, can you just delete the order? Or will it still show up in the sales reports? Thanks so much!
